The latest products to hit the market are not only geared toward your scrapbook pages but will come in handy when it comes time to make your holiday cards and gift packs. So lets see what some manufacturers are doing this season to help your creativity flow!

Sunday InternationalSunday International - has stamps for everyone! They have letters, backgrounds, saying, animals, and stamps with scrapper sayings. They are great, because they have an unique storage system. They come unmounted with a light weight storage panel, that you put in a three ring binder and then adhere your stamps to it, to store them. They are the best choice for those of us with only a few more drawers left for new playthings!

Scrapworks - Hugz Scrapworksand Alphadotz??? If you had told me a few months ago, that I would not only be using Hugz, but loving them, I would have told you that you were crazy, but I do LOVE them. They come in a ton of colors, and in square or circles and you can add those great little metal letters for a PERFECT embellishment! Alphadotz come in many colors or you can buy the metal letters. They also have alphdotz words, to add any sentiment with just the right flair!

MakingMaking Memories -Tailored to the card-maker, Making Memories new line will definitely be a huge hit! They have introduced many new mini-sized embellishments perfectly suited for our cute little cards. Plaques that are the size of stamps, rubons that are just the right size and even jellies with holiday phrases! They have cards and envelopes in classic and matchbook sizes and even have some that come with windows!

Mustard Moon
- I have found the cutest bottle caps and stickers. Mustard Moon has come out with bottle caps in many colors and prints. The sticker line is a must have! Letters that look like they were taken out of the good ole days, and themes that fit any occasion. They have also come out with four new lines of paper, for any layout that needs that yesterday look.

Look for these companies to make a hot entrance to your favorite store soon. Also, don't forget to check next month's newsletter for more great reviews!

LUCY MARINO!

Lucy Marino has been stamping and scrapping for the past 7 years now and she is loving every moment of it!

She started on her creative journey while making gifts. Lucy explains, "I wanted to make a gift for my parents and in-laws one year at Christmas time, so I decided to make albums of my kids for them....after that I discovered Close To My Heart and loved their papers, then to my amazement  realized they had rubber  stamps, I was hooked after that."

Lucy loves to spend her time scrapping at home where she exclaims, " I can get my hands on all my goodies!" She leans towards a more simple and uncluttered style but admits to following the passing trends of the day and is really interested in distressing at the moment. Lucy says her favorite-of-all-time technique would have to be stamping though.

Being on several Design Teams keeps her active in scrapbooking and stamping. To date, her biggest accomplishment has been getting published in Stamp It Magazine. She states, "I have since been in three of their issues, but that was my first publication." Her next biggest accomplishment is "becoming a part of a new magazine called Correspondence Art."

Lucy has also been a proud sponsor of The Shaker Grand Opening by donating her scrapbook kits, card sketch decks and stamp sets! They were a big hit with our contest winners!
