This was fun to make.....I printed the text on transparency, and machine stitched around the edges, leaving the top open so a photo can be inserted from the top. The tags are cardstock stamped with acrylic paints and Creative Imaginations new stencil foam stamps...machine stitching here also..then UTEE "drops" for a wet effect
