had to use my own mini kit - just incase no one else does!
Paper and border from my "UR My Sunshine" mini kit (Scrap Orchard SYTYCD Assignment #1).
I used the Vivid Light Blending Mode to make the photo look more comic book-ish and reduced the opacity a bit. I softened the edges with Blending Brushes from Christine Borgfeld.
Fonts are Showcard Gothic and DJB Cinda.
