I saw this in a recent magazine (either CK or Scrapbooks Etc) recently. It's just 2 pieces of cardstock stapled together instead of folded to make a card.
I was going to sew the seam together, but got NO cooperation from my machine. So, I used staples. You could use lots of things!! Brads, eyelets, needle/thread, clips...
