My oven quit on me 2 days after valentine.
Journaling reads
2 days after valentine then I discovered the oven call it quits. I took the oven for granted and even despises it on occasion for not being a convection oven or an AGA, but a lowly Electric one, needless to say I was ungrateful..
Over the past 4 years we've had this love hate relationship, but it wasn't until it quit I realized how much I relied on it. It started on Thanksgiving when the timer will start working sporadically and not staying on, then I realized I am dependent on this oven for my family's meals from Lasagna to Cakes.
Now is not the time for it to not to work.
Then I remembered I had a roaster, it's not as good as the Oven but it will work for now.

WOW, can I ever relate to that! Our oven quit 4 days before Thanksgiving and DD had to do her 1st turkey. Took us 2 weeks to get a new one and never realized how much I use it. Love the lo, I need to scrap that terrible memory, LOL!
