I used Barbara Speck's Digital
Alcohol Inked Brush for the background.
Pictures were softened with Christine Borgfeld's Blending Brushes. Ribbon flower is also Christine's.
Font is DJB Cinda Cursive (mine)
Ribbon action is Sloppy Bow by Monica Larsen.
