Lots of chipboard
I took a piece of 12x12 corrugated cardboard and ripped the top layer off exposing the bumpy part and used that as my background.
Then for ever layer I stuck it to a piece of chipboard to elevate it. I actually took a lighter and burned the edges of the brown paper. I tried just using inking but didn't get the result I wanted. I really like it burnt. And then a few Jolee's stars and twine and brads.
