This layout is not really my style, but it goes with the pictures and it has lots of bling!
Paper is freebie from Sugar Shack Scraps Phat Splat.

I'm unsure where I got the frame. The file is named cpo-cluster4. I used Atomic Cupcake Sparkle action on it.
Font is Britanic Bold. I used Satin Sheets style texture on the bottom layer of the text and a solid color with the difference blending mode on the top.
