Journaling:
One of my most embarassing moments had to do with this little cutie. Susan Michelle you were 14 months old and just learning to talk well. Forming 2 to 3 word sentences. You were having trouble with a few words and I knew at some point you would get it right. I never worried to much about what you might say in public, because well you were a baby. UNTIL One morning while at the grocery store you were jibber jabbering away and while waiting in line you blurted out in the loudest voice you could muster. MOM, Big TRUCK! But it wasnt truck you said it was F*&^%! Oh the horrified look on my face and the looks on the ladies in line is something I will never forget. I immediately did a school lesson and tried to get you to repeat after me TTTRRRRuck. It just got worse and you were saying the Fword over and over again. How am I ever going to get through this line and do I say anything to the ladies behind me. I just gave you a hug and got through the line. When we got outside I laughed until I had tears in my eyes!

Wonderful! Just recently my daughter and her daughter #2 were playing the alphabet game, where you give words for the letters, in alphabetical order. DD started skipping around whereupon DGD told her 'mommy, you're pissing (missing)them. I thought DD would wreck the car.
