This so did not take well because the card itself is white but you can get the general idea here. It's much prettier in person.
The technique was a total accident. I stamped silver ink on the velvet paper and then I was going to put clear embossing powder over it to heat up but I accidentally grabbed the gum arabic!! UGH. But the final affect turned out to look more like snow . . so I kept it. I just need to spray some fixative on it so it will all stay. LOL
