Craft T has some amazing chalks! There are some that shimmer and I put these allll over the snowmen!! it has a sheen to it that is super!!
I used a tip from Anna H. about shading something white in blue to make it appear more white.. I think it does the trick! I used a bit too much blue.. but I am learning this technique!
