November Life Preservers Scrapbook Club Kit.
This is a layout anyone can do even if you don't have the chipboard. Pull the back off of a tablet use your exacto knife and cut out your own scrolls. The tag you can cut out of cardstock by hand by just tracing or freehand cutting.
