The measurements are a little hard to read.
Card: 3 3/4" wide x 5 1/4" long
Pocket: 7 1/2 " long x 5 1/2" across bottom. Measure up 3 1/4" from bottom, cut in 1/2" on each side and remove this 1/2" width up to top. Mark where folds will be.
