The paper is We R Memory Keepers. The flowers are Doodlebug and the buttons are SEI and the title is Quikutz except the Last and it is Heidi Swapp Chipboard. The stamped chair is from Stampin Up. The journaling reads; Don't get me wrong, we had a GREAT time! 2 weeks after we got back, Tommy got sick to his stomach. He was in the hospital twice, had all kinds of tests and lost over 60 lbs! They think he caught a bacteria on the cruise or in the Bahamas. I know one thing, we will never go on a cruise again! Summer 2006. TFL!

So sad that he got sick  But the LO was very nice then  Very nice with the mulberry back the photo. Like your details with flower and ribbon.
